ABOUT

From singing with her mom at a young age to teaching herself how to play guitar and piano; Aili recently graduated with a Bachelors of the Arts in Songwriting and Music Production at Berklee College of Music. She has experience working as an assistant engineer in production studios as well as editing/mixing audio and podcasts. Growing up in a small town was both inspiring and essential to the hardworking creative that she is today. Her main passions are Songwriting for herself & others and performing her own original music. She has written songs with close friends and artists and has a talent for transforming someone’s story, experience or feelings into a song that makes listeners feel as though they are on a journey.

On the performing end, she has performed as a headline artist in genres ranging from r&b to indie-folk and as a background singer for just about any genre. Her secret power when performing is her loop pedal as she loops harmonies, percussion and killer guitar parts. Creating sonic atmospheres that transport you into the song or into a feeling is her goal when performing. Her grounded nature from years as a yogi brings a sense of comfort on the stage despite her jittering excitement just to be there.

On her newest adventure, Aili is about to travel across the USA while living and making music out of her Van. This has been a long time dream of hers and over a year in the making. Keep an eye out for Aili's shows and road map as she travels from the east coast to the west coast! Catch her playing at local venues, restaurants, and cafes as well as hiking and rock climbing in the area. Don't miss out on the chance to connect with her while she's in your city!
